Bought spin bike - now what?

Bought Joroto x2 spin bike with wahoo cadence sensor, and chest heart ray monitor and Garmin watch.

How can I do HIIT interval training on it and at same time adjust resistance levels?

-is there anyone have guide or YouTube training video that I can follow along?

I’m looking for something weekly training progress.

Free training would be nice.

I would reccomend youtube and google. For quality spinning you probably need to pay a bit per month.

Just bumping this thread to see if anyone recommends the echelon sport connect bike. Any alternatives to it? Have checked youtube but thought I would ask my rfd peeps :)

Damn, imagine if the wives looked this good, wouldn't need a bike to ride...

I'd pick the one on the right. Heavier load builds more muscles and loses fat faster.

Me too, I like a little mayo on the side. Plus the meat doesn't look as tough.
