Bought Unlocked Samsung S10+ Phone In USA. Issues in Canada (Warranty? Able to work with carrier?, etc)

So I bought a Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus Factory Unlocked Phone with 128GB (U.S. Warranty), earlier today on from Amazon Warehouse (USA). Condition: Used - Like New - Item will come in original packaging. Paid $586.49 USD- 20 % off warehouse item discount= $ 469.19 USD.

I think it's a pretty good deal. Got it shipped to a border town, which is about a 45 minute drive from where I live in Canada.

My concerns are:

- USA warranty. Will I have any issues since the phone has warranty with Samsung USA?

- Will this phone actually work with Canadian cell phone providers on a BYOD plan (possible frequency issues?). I'm Currently with Videotron on a really good BYOD plan and I plan to keep this plan.

Anybody interested in Amazon Warehouse phones, and other electronics for cheap/ a decent price here are two slickdeals threads that touch base on the Amazon USA Warehouse deals. I bought my phone roughly 3 hours ago:

I have a similar factory unlocked phone SM-G975U1, the 1TB version. It works fine on Koodo and Fido. Yours will work fine on Videotron.

Samsung Canada will most probably not honor the warranty.

Are you sure its Samsung factory warranty or just a 90 day warranty through Amazon Warehouse ?

Amazon Warehouse advertises: Samsung USA Limited warranty in the listing.

However, reading the slickdeals thread it seems like a mixed bag, and nobody really gave a clear answer. Since Amazon Warehouse sells only used/ open boxed items, it seems like Samsung could deny a warranty claim based on the phone was previously used by a different owner.

The main thing you might lose out on (other than warranty) is Voice over LTE (VoLTE) and WiFi Calling. Canadian carriers are pretty picky about only supporting them on models they sell.

Samsung phone warranty is tie to phone or first user?
Thanks
