There, I fixed it for you.
I had a pair a few years ago, little screws fell out of both and they weren't user serviceable.

I bought a broken pair of these for 50 bucks which Ive managed to fix with tape. Yeah, dont buy these. Get power blocks. If these ever get dropped while working out, there is a good chance it will break, even on the first drop.

The quality of these are excellent. There are a ton of knock-offs due to their popularity, which may help to explain why so many people say they are fragile. A ton of people sell the knock-offs on Kijiji and eBay.
Also they fixed the problem of the handles years ago.
