Pardon my ignorance..What's GCR and when you say two coupons...is it one from the email (25%) and second from the website (BRCSALE)

I used one of my old emails to sign up and received the code in 2-3 minutes.. check your spam folder or trash if you have filter rules enabled.

Just ensure you are choosing items from the SALE section only. BRCSALE is applicable to those items alone.
