Broker recommendation for importing goods from Europe (Germany)

hi fellow entrepreneurs

We are looking to import items from the EU, more specifically Germany. I done import myself from the US before, where I have to fill out a custom declaration form. However, I go pick up the items myself in the US and bring it back over to the border.

Does anyone know how the process works for me to make bulk import from Germany? Do I send a custom declaration form to the shipper? The company plan to use UPS.
