Budget out of control - any automation options?

I've been very busy over the last few months with a new work project. My budget is out of control in that I am not sure of what we are spending on, or how much is going out the door.

Is there a program where I can download my credit card statements to that will help me itemize it, or somehow automate the process?

Thanks.

Been holding off all these years on Mint.com because i didnt want to relinquish my financial institution credentials but I think I'm about to cave also. My budget, just like OP is all over the place as life gets the best of you. No way around this, I just wish banks would allow a separate read-only account or something like that for Mint but...god forbids they do something to help their customers

mint.com

i set budgets for different categories, and when i overspend i get email notifications.

sometimes i need to login to mint.com once in a while to manually refresh some accounts. (like today, it isn't linking to my TD/Tangerine for some reason).

but good for overall tracking + trending.
