Budget phone for Wind(Freedom Moible) $150ish

Looking for a solid budget phone compatible with Wind(Freedom mobile). Budget is around $150 (before taxes).
Preferably something with 1.5 or 2GB Ram...
Willing to get something second hand if the model was released within 2 year time frame.
Any suggestion/recommendation would be greatly appreciated.
