Budgeting a condo bathroom reno

Hi all
I'm at a preliminary stage of planning out my renovation for a small condo bathroom.
Looking for a general idea of budget. I know material is a huge factor but assume I don't need brand name and opt for medium level of tile quality

- 1 toilet, 1 sink, 1 tub, typical condo size bathroom of about 38sq ft of space

I'd like to
replace bathtub with shower space with glass
Re-tile entirely including walls in shower and vanity + toilet side
New vanity, custom is fine
New toilet, faucets, and shower
New lighting (pot lights)
Not looking to diy,
need some level of consultation or design service

What would be a general cost if the range isn't too huge based on these few details?

I know condos cost twice as much as houses to renovate sometimes because it takes longer and is more of a pain in the ass for the workers. They have to work around times when they're allowed to do renovations and book elevators and go up and down the elevators to bring things in and out. It takes longer so it costs more.
