Thanks @Coolcicada for the May 11/12 locations:

On Saturday, May 11, the horses will be at the LCBO on the Queens Quay (2 Cooper Street) from 1 pm to 3 pm.

Then on Sunday, the horses will be in the Distillery District (Trinity Street) from 12 pm to 2 pm.

went with co-worker today. They were very strict about ID. Old guy ahead of me got denied because of no ID. Got two free (unopened) cans of their new beer. The horses were neat too.

Perhaps as an intended way not to distribute alcohol to the homeless too.
