Bundle Home & Car Insurance

Family member is planning on moving in with me (and will obv switch car insurance to that location), however still has landlord insurance as he has tenants living with him.

Can he still take advantage of the bundle (auto + home) discount or does it have to be the same location?

Bundle is based on the same address, IIRC.

Yes, they should be able to do this. I have several clients with an auto policy and properties with different address. Best to confirm with the Broker
