Awesome, thanks. Anyone know where to buy gas GC's at a grocery store? I thought it'd be easy to find but nope having a hard time finding any.

Hi all
Did a test this morning. Purchased Sobeys gift card and received the 100 AM. Paid with America Express. Went to Freshco where i usually shop ( cheaper overall) and purchased Esso gas cards( they also have Shell cards) . I asked the teller and she approved of me using the gift card.

Have seen them before. For gas, had seen Canadian Tire, Shell and Esso. Maybe Petro-Can too but don't remember for certain.

Some stores allow you to use the Sobey's GC to buy other GCs. I had done that to buy CT GCs before, but it can be location specific.

I just used $300 Sobeys GC to purchased $300 HD GC at Safeway West.
Then, I used the HD GC to buy a Chamberlain B750C garage opener PM Lowes sale price $269 and paid $242.1 + GST = $254.21.
Take 7% off the PM price = $236.41.

Lowes $269

HD $359

Sobeys GC WUS $150 get 100BAM = 7% off
100BAM = $10.5, Discount = $10.5/$150 = 7% off
Have too many phones... This is how I limit my monthly phone payment.
Public Mobile $36 5GB, $12 250MB, 2x $6 50min/50text, Zoomer $36 4GB plan,
Fido $5 4GB plan with a free tablet, $0 FPL home phone.

Just want to confirm: you can buy the Sobey GC, turn around, and use the GC to buy other GCs such as Shell?

In the amount of $150 or exactly $150? Any previous experience?

$50 + $50 + 50?
Or
$300

For example

ALSO
5 Seperate transactions or 1 is fine?

You get one of the stolen cards from the rack, thief steals your balance. You are out 150 but get back 100 back in air miles. Still out 50 dollars.
