Holographic, Better than Stereo sound.
From just one box.

Image

Mass Fidelity’s Core uses a revolutionary Holographic Sound Technology that creates a true stereo image without separated stereo speakers. The result is a life-like stereo image; a hologram that delivers the feeling of a ‘live’ performance, regardless of where the listener sits in the room.

“Sure, many popular systems can blast out decent sound, but any conventional hardware with speakers so close together kills the stereo feel that the original artist strived for… [The Core] delivers better stereo for everyone in the room—that is, it doesn’t require a sweet spot.”

Start with one Core and add more units. At the touch of a button you can connect up to eight Cores throughout your home. Each Core can play individually from a local source or in unison. No app, wi-fi connection, router, or switch is needed. The devices create their own proprietary multi-room network in the 5-GHz radio spectrum.

Portable

Play music directly from your Bluetooth-enabled device or smartphone. Internet music streaming sites, online radio stations, podcasts, music stored in the cloud — If you can stream it, the Core can play it. No proprietary apps required.

“I've been waiting for nearly a month to tell you about the Core from Mass Fidelity,
the most exciting audio product since the invention of the iPhone”

Over $1000 for 2 little speakers. I have no doubt they sound good with ‘better than stereo’ sound.

How legitimate is that holographic sound claim, is that supposed to be similar to holophonics (explanation of which is arguably nonsense).

Note that although this is a Toronto company, the prices are in US dollars.

The good news is that the $299 savings becomes about C$390 in savings. :)

The bad news is that the two speakers come to US$899 or about C$1175.

Yikes!
