Buyers and Sellers: A Friendly Warning About Pan Am Tickets

I noticed a number of Pan Am ticket sellers claiming they can "transfer tickets electronically through Ticketmaster". Normally, this is a good/safe way to buy eTickets since you get a unique barcode generated and the seller's original tickets are invalidated, but this feature is not available for Pan Am eTickets as I have confirmed yesterday:

NOTE: The seller may not be aware of this, so they're not necessarily trying to scam you or are making false claims.
