Buying pixel xl from Best Buy Fido

So Best Buy Fido has the pixel xl 32gb for $349.99 on contract. They have a trade in promotion for $150 and a free VR ($100 value).
I have a Best Buy $50 GC to put towards it too. So here's how the pricing will work.
$350 - $150 trade in - $50 GC = $170 taxes in upfront.
Device price on no term is $1079 so if you minus $350 from it, you will have $729 on tab.
$729 + taxes is $823 and if I add the $170 I paid upfront it'll be $993 total for the phone. Did I do the math right? I know this price is not as good as the Koodo deal but they are out of stock at the moment. Just want to get your opinion on it cuz I'm looking to switch to this phone from the iPhone 6s Plus.
Also, they say you can not cancel before 90 days. Is that true?
