Anyone have any issues with oem pads not completely being used up? My first pad, after 4.5hrs of use was still light blue. I recall seeing a few videos showing the pad almost completely white when being discarded. Could my unit potentially not be heating correctly? There was also a slight breeze at the time, could this affect the heating unit? Going to give a new pad a try this weekend and see if it could have just been a bad pad. This was on a Patio shield, if that matters.

Anyone has experience price matching at Canada Tire with Cabelas?

First the cashier never heard of it.. Then she told me she can only pm from stores that are on the list.

I'm looking to pm the thermacell mr450 which is on sale for 39.99 at Cabelas.

Got a great deal on varagesale sale. The patio and personal 7 butane bottles and 19 pads. For a total of 25$. Thanks to this thread I was able to refill on of the butane bottles. Loving it.

At 20$ (sale price) refill for 40 hours that is $0.50 an hour. Not too bad and spending a few dollars for some peace at night is definitely worth it if it works. Considering a 6 hour BBQ, mosquito protection for $3 when spending nearly a $100 on food and drinks is not bad.
I just bought the Radius at Canadian Tire too ($60 plus an offer for $15 back in points). I see a lot of people saying it covers 10’ by 10’ but the box actually says it covers 10 square meters which seems a lot more useful.

Isn't 10' x 10' roughly the same as 10m²?

You’re right, I thought it said 10m X 10m but that’s not correct.

I was able to PM at Canadian Tire with mtlcp.ca his evening for both Radius gen 2 and 40h refills (and I'm southwest of Toronto). CT PM states "any Canadian website ending with .ca."

There'a also an offer in the app for 50x Triangle points. Mine didn't apply properly so I had to call but the unit and refill are right in the picture with the offer.

Anyone have cats around while using this? Allethrin warning shows toxic to cats, but the Thermacell product doesn't have such warning itself.
