Cachland CH-W2002 No rotation?

Both a new Forte 2017 and it came with these tires for Winter

Problem is that there is no rotation arrows on them, can i put them at any place or is there another role to folllow to know where to place them without arrows?

You can put them anywhere - as long as "outside" on the sidewall is outside

'tis most frustrating when they aren't open to see and/or learn which is which.

Thanks just wasn’t sure if it would still require some special spot for traction
