Caledon club homes

I saw a sign near me for Caledon Club homes. Based on the site it looks like they will be releasing 30 ft and 38 ft lots. Not a lot of info on the site yet other than starting at mid $800s. Anyone deal with this builder or idea of homes that will be realised?

I got an email with the flooring plans and all. The release is on 24th oct.

Yes they are being built by Fernbrook Homes and Zancor Homes. Looks like a good project.

Mayfield and McLaughlin is like right in the thick of Brampton's sprawl. There is nothing in the NW corner of Brampton right now aside from endless houses.

Preview is on 24-25th Oct. it is starting from 859K for 30' detached. Seems like a good project.

Mattamy released few 30ft Detached homes at the same site but their quality is not that great. Zencor homes and Fernbrook is giving a lot of upgrades as standard. Will have to chrck out the preview to learn more

Went there today for the preview. I got the appointment for second day. In the email starting price was 859k but it was 930k in actual. Some lots with over 2000sqft seemed nice but no assignment option was a deql breaker for me..
I heard it is sold out on day 2.

yes 1st phase sold out... not sure how many homes they released but i was on their email list and got that email about the sell out.

This is the price list for this release. Its comparable to Mattamy’s prices.

Starting price was supposed to be 859,000 but builder increased the prices at last moment by 20,000 and opened the lots with starting 879,000. I guess they see the demand and get greedy. Everyone wants detached

I suppose these prices are for 24th. They increased the prices again by 30k for each unit. Cabo starting price was $929,990 with 4th bedroom option for another $7500.

Can see builders greediness in full swing. Increased the prices by 50k from the launch price just in a day and still sold out. Don't know where this market is headed.

Do you have the price list for Oct 25? I was able to buy Cabo Elev C with 4th Bedroom for 920.

The salesman said they will be releasing 38ft Lots detached in 1.1 mil range. There is no restriction or laws for price increase on builders so they do take full advantage.

Cabo was 930 with Elev. A without 4th bedroom.

Crazy if you bought at opening day prices your up $50k already people are losing their damn marbles.

50k more for a house? Sure. Yet they are the same people holding up the line at the grocery store with their 50 cent off coupons

This has been a common trend nowadays. Even in condos builder just increase the prices multiple times. And with resale houses its bidding wars. The first time buyers are just phased out of the market
