Is this caliper seized?

Sounds like it's only coming from right rear.

Currently up north at cottage. Hope it's a simple fix so mechanic can have a look Monday morning and fix pretty quickly.

Advice please. Thank you.

Possibly. How many km on it and when was the last time your serviced the brakes?
Only way to know for sure is to remove the wheel and inspect/clean them.
How much pad life do you have? It could be the wear bar making that noise to tell you you're low.

Either seized, pad is so low that it’s touching the squealer or there’s no pad left.

Either way, not normal, bring it to your tech to have it fixed.

Got this used 17 months ago. Put 20k on it since. It's now at 159k. Brakes haven't been serviced. Presumably mechanic checked at inspection before we bought and then tire change over this past April. I still see some pad on it but just wondering if it's sticking.

I imagine any mechanic should be able to do this fairly quickly, but then again not sure how things work here up in Penetang and Midland. I'll have to call some by 8am Monday.

It's pretty easy to DIY if you read up on your car online. Or pay a mechanic to do it for you.

Are Canadian Tire techs able to diagnose and handle this kind of thing?

They're just as likely to damage your car/wheels and charge you for stuff you don't need.

That era of Accord rear calipers are notorious for seizing. They need to be service yearly to prevent it from happening.

They're mostly the same but each car has its own intricacies. Just google you're car and you should find something.

The brake is already damage. Don't bring your car to CT like engineer said. You will probably do more damage as you drive under the condition but don't get hosed by CT either. I would just drive back home and bring the car to a shop i frequently goto.

Why don't you want to do brake flushing? If you are dyi and hardly service the brakes, in years perhaps, do everything while having the wheels off.

Imo brakes are easiest to service including pads, rotors, bleeding and switching out to braided ss brake hoses. All will improve your braking.
