Call forwarding Bell mobility

I want to forward all my calls and sms texts (if possible) while I in Malaysia and China in March.

Is there any app which runs on data only which will give me a phone number where I can give to bell mobility to call forward and sms text forward to this new app generated number ?

Has anyone been able to successfully do this ?

If so which app do you recommend? I don't mind paying for the app or for the number ?
