Can anyone recommend a place to fix small kitchen appliances in the GTA

I have a smart oven pro by breville, and it looks like the thermal fuse went out. I got the part and there are a few YouTube videos, however I don't feel confident doing the replacement myself. Don't want to risk a fire...
