Can Ebox DSL customer help me? TIA
My VDSL service with Ebox will be install this Friday, when I talk to the rep and also Facebook chat, they doesn't seems to understand my question of when will I receive the PPPOE username and password for my account. I understand Cable does not need it but I am having VDSL. So my question is will I receive an email from them for the PPPOE login information or I have to call them for it.
