Can I use non-mac keyboard and mouse for mini mac PC?

I am planning to buy a mini mac pc at:

https://www.apple.com/ca/shop/product/G12N0LL/A/refurbished-mac-mini-apple-m1-chip-with-8%E2%80%91core-cpu-and-8%E2%80%91core-gpu-10gb-ethernet?fnode=5ce58e8ff73c0b76e2a7d6187eb05d8dc68b68355d436c22190b13d420aa82423d3882800b2b10b1a441071470f309de24402418370e832ac3eb8ec6ab6fe1e93c59bbc28ce3aaea4cfb4ff90b0e0bee

However, due to budge issue, I don't want to spend extra money on keyboard, mouse and monitor.

I am wondering can I use my Intel PC's monitor, keyboard, and mouse for this mini mac?

How about wireless internet? I only see Gigabit Ethernet port for mini mac.

Thanks.

It has built in WIFI. You could plug in your PC Monitor provided it has HDMI and you can use your existing keyboard and mouse (I'm assuming they are USB).

What connections does your monitor have available?

Windows key is Command key on macOS.
Alt key is Option key on macOS.

Those keys will work fine but the key locations are reversed on Windows vs Mac keyboards.

If Bluetooth, you may need Mac drivers. If wireless RF with USB RF dongle or wired USB then they will fine.

Monitor should work fine if you have the right connections.

If I understand correctly, all keyboards now a days have a USB Type A connector, even the ones I saw on a Macintosh use the USB. The only difference you will have 2 buttons using a windows mouse where as the mouse apple sells you only has one button. I never really liked the fact apple had just one mouse button but meh, you might be able to program the second button to do something useful.

Anyways I never knew apple keyboard had a option and command, so thats what that square with squiggaly circle things on it means eh? but yeah so just use ctrl and alt instead of cmd and opt keys, problem solved

HDMI.

Also, if I purchased licenses for office 365 on my intel PC, can it be used for Office 365 on my MAC?

I use Microsoft Ergonomic keyboard on both my work PC and my Mac Mini. Works fine.

On the Mac, I set an option to switch ctrl and cad keys. So on both the PC and Mac mini, I can use ctrl c / ctrl v for copy and paste etc

With mice having two buttons, the secondary button (typically right) has roughly the same functionality on macOS as it does on Windows. Basically, the second button brings up contextual menus.

Even the Apple Magic Mouse has a secondary button. It looks like one giant button, but it's actually designed as two separate button areas. By default the OS sets it up as one button, but the System Preferences have an option to turn on the second button if you wish. I always turn this option on.

Or, if you have an old one-button mouse, or else a two-button mouse configured as just one-button, if you hold down Ctrl on the keyboard while pressing the mouse button, it acts as a secondary button to bring up the contextual menu.

Yes, they work fine. Windows key is mapped to the Command key by default, but you can change that in Keyboard Prefs

Yep. Also, Microsoft typically has excellent keyboard and mouse drivers for macOS (which some people might find a little bit ironic).
