Can you "journal a stock" that has been delisted on one exchange?

Can you "journal a stock" that has been delisted on one exchange?

I have a couple stocks that have been delisted from the TSE. However, they are still trading as OTC in USD. Can I journal those delisted stocks over to the USD version?.... and finally trade them after that?

Only if the CUSIP identifies the shares as equivalent. Odds are you can't especially if it was a delisting for bankruptcy or Questrade won't let you go through the trouble but you could try?
