Didn't see this mentioned anywhere...

Was looking for a decent 144hz 2k 27" IPS monitor but found it too expensive & too big for my application.
Found this 144hz 1080p 24" IPS acer nitro monitor (model VG240Y Pbiip) with positive reviews so I picked one up. 2 days in, i find it very good. 144hz makes for crisper images next to my 60hz. Now I need an excuse to replace my 60hz monitor!

Price is $190 + ecofee

Looks like a good price.. how's the colour accuracy on this? Would this also be decent for video/photo editing?

Added 2 reviews... reviews say the color is pretty accurate and it's good for "entry-level" content creation...

This is pretty tempting... I've been getting slightly sick of gaming on my laptop's 17" screen for that buttery smooth 144hrz.

I do want to hold out and see if there are any deals on 1080p ultrawide for black Friday though. (Don't think my RTX2060 mobile can drive more pixels than that at good refresh rate.)

Edit: Looks like stock is super limited. Only available at Hamilton Mountain, St Catharines and Gatineau.

I think you might still be able to order online and deliver to store. They have a 2 week return policy so could see what came up on Black Friday and decide if I keep or return it

when I tried ordering, it was pick up only and only at those stores. Don't think I'll make that drive. Hopefully something similar comes up for black Friday/boxing day? Even better if there's 1080p 144hz ultra wide at the same DPI for not much more!
