When's the next gen coming out? 2023? Will ~$279 be the standard price for the next while?

Zen 4 / Ryzen 7000 is rumoured to launch as early as Q3 this year. Since the AM5 platform is supposedly DDR5 only and those kits might still be expensive in Q3, it seems like they're intending to keep some of the AM4 chips around as the lower cost options. Between the 12400 and 12600k price and performance combined with better supply of b660 boards it seems like the price has to stay somewhere around this range.
