It's peculiar for sure. I was initially going to wait for Black Friday to buy the 5700x, but I don't think it will be this low on BF.
I would assume it's either the CPUs had that much markup to begin with or AMD offering rebate for retailers to clear out the remaining 5000 series stock in order to push for 7000 series during BF/Xmas/Boxing week sale.

I talked to Canada Computers about it yesterday since I got my 5700X on the 8th, and sadly they said they won't give out the bundle for any purchases before the 11th.
