It depends if you plan on using custom cooling but if you aren’t using custom cooling in the card, I recommend ROG

Price match with amazon or buy from amazon and the price difference is pretty close to the gigabytes card. It’s the card I went with $530 after price match (rep must rounded it).

So just curious this is what I got will this all work together ok or should I get different Mobo, RAM, CASE, SSD, and PSU? Thanks in advance for any input been a while since I built a computer. I'm just going to use my 1070 video card for now.

I should add the part i know the least about is the mobo so perhaps there is much better option that isnt a lot more money.

I should also add that if I do need to get something else I could potentially go to Canada Computers today in person as its only about 1 hour away.

I managed to grab a 2060 from the BF sale. Replaced my 2x 970's and so far I'm really happy. No fan rattling, temps are good.

Just wish we could somehow get a free game too LOL.

I didn't have any fan rattling my first couple days with the card, but now it makes a small rattle from time to time and is difficult to reproduce. Temperature never reached over 80C for me under load which I'm happy about. Performance is excellent. I can live with the minor fan rattling since it's in my living room pc and I sit 6 feet away, so I don't hear it and the fans are off when idle.

Just want to put it out there anyone who bought a video card. Newegg has a mail in rebate
