I was looking at the 75", anyone know how this compares to the other one from bestbuy? Did some looking around and it seems this set is a commercial set. 75UV340C.

That Gigabyte 1070 isn't a bad deal. I know the Zotac ones were cheaper but I honestly would pay the premium for a better design.
