Looking for a 27inch monitor. Any good deals in here? Is it better to go for a ~24" instead that's a better quality? [future list of games to play: Diablo 4, Dota)
Any help would be appreciated!

I'm still waiting for a refund of a $1000+ item that was received by them early this month. It was an unopened item that I returned because I found a better deal elsewhere. They really have no customer service it seems like. I can't reach a person on the phone because my calls get dropped after waiting for 1hr. I've been talking to a rep through emails but haven't gotten anywhere with it. Hopefully I don't have to do a chargeback, going to try until next week. I haven't bought anything from CC in a while and didn't realize it was this bad, yikes.
I took a little journey to the unknown
And I've come back changed I can feel it in my bones
I chased RFD deals that many can't see
Now the 50% off pizza deal got a hold on me
Oh, the 50% off pizza deal got a hold on me

I find that unless you are buying something you really plan to keep and not have to return it’s not worth it. Kind of sad but I’m with you, most of the time if Amazon or bestbuy carries the same item I would rather go with one of those guys

i currently have an Asus 31.5 inch 1080p monitor and the text is terrible on spreadsheets / pdfs / etc. would the Acer EB321HQU 31.5" WQHD 2K be a good improvement or should i just spend the extra money for a 4k monitor ? thanks

In my experience, CC is the worst company for price matching. Years ago I tired to price match some ram with NCIX across town and they made up some excuse like "they dont have the same hours" or something equally ridiculous.

ya, it's unfortunate that their customer service beyond selling-you-something is practically non-existent. i've been in a store where a person was trying to return an opened computer part because their rep told them it was the right one for what they wanted...aaaaaaaand it turned out NOT to be true. they were exasperated arguing with their rep trying to get a refund...i felt so bad for them. not the first time i've heard similar conversations in that store...

my rule with CC is "only buy what you know you won't return or deal with them about."

PSA - Worst company ever to deal with, if Canada Post loses something and you do all the work for them they still don't respond. I had to resort to disputing the charge with my credit card company and they will go after CC, **** them, don't support this worthless POS of a company.

You can't even trust their warranty.
They don't stand behind it and change the rules when they feel like it.

Don't get me started on them changing the rewards program rules and everyone losing half their value in rewards.

I'm sure 32" 2k would be a step up from 1080p, but I would go with 4k at 32". That is my main monitor, and I find everything very sharp with it (and my wife would also agree, as she's "borrowed" it during the pandemic). Works very well for spreadsheets.

I also have a 2k 27", and find it just a little less sharp. Also tried a 32" 1080p at the office, and totally understand what you mean. Not quite sure what the target is for that size/resolution.

One way to imagine what it would look like is to think about four 16" monitors. How would they look at HD vs FHD?

Email the CEO. Express your distaste.
Last time I had to email him, I had a call from a store manager at 9:30am the next day.
