The Canon SL1 at the time was the (and still is?) smallest and lightest DSLR in the world. It is an old model now from 2013. It is equal to the Canon t5i, just much smaller. It is not going to give you the latest specs. But for the price this might be a good camera for a light traveller who needs a viewfinder. If you don't need a viewfinder, you will certainly be better off with a mirrorless option.
