+1 OP, thanks, even though I’m not interested in this at all (have too many SSDs now), it’s still a great price for a decent drive.

It will be interesting to see how low SSD prices go. Black Friday is certainly going to be interesting this year.

From a reddit thread, people says be careful about cc's clearance sale. Because if the thing broke, they can't give you a replacement due to no longer stock the item. And you have to either pay a 15% "restock" fee for an item that has zero stock, or paying more to ge another similar model.

I have a dream that one day (Black Friday) the 1TB 860 Evo M.2 will be $150.

If you can prove the drive has failed they let slide. You can ask them to run tests and if they come back positive then you don't need to pay the fee. Done this a couple times for SSDs that have failed to boot or be recognized by the system.

I've stopped shopping at CC altogether because of their, IMO, shady handling of such situations. Can't even remotely trust them. i.e. Give your money to other businesses that can provide you with a no-surprise shopping experience, somewhere that you can count on.

I have never had an issue returning something to Canada computers. They are a great retailer IMO. The margins on PC hardware are super slim. What you guys are asking for is not realistic.
