This wouldn't be a good deal 2 years ago let alone 2021.

We are about to witness a flood of graphics card to the market with few buyers.

Wow, a gaming GPU you can order without having to hit F5 all day. That's a miracle in itself.

Yea, it's overpriced, but the way the chip shortage is going I wouldn't expect a hot deal on a GPU any time this decade.

Actually RTX 3060 MSRP is 329 USD.

Around 410 CAD. This "deal" is a whole $100+ more lol.

These prices are so sad. I bought a 2070 super 2 years ago for about this price. I thought I was crazy at the time for spending that much on a gpu. Never did I think that main stream gpus would be $1000+USD and still selling like hot cakes.

What really sucks is these prices are never likely to go back to where they were. They might go down a bit at some point but the companies have seen what people are willing to pay and will continue to gouge. I will take care of my gpu for as long as possible.

Looking for 3060 TI for $30 more, for gaming, not mining.

Thanks op. Bought one. 30xx are next to impossible to get without paying heavy premium. 3060 is only 10% faster anyways.

These are pretty rough for GPU prices.

It's better to buy prebuilt in this price environment.
I aim to be inclusive and considerate of others in my posts. If I fall short of that mark, feel free to let me know in good faith, and where appropriate, I'll edit my posts. Thank you.

Model - G3D Mark, PCI, Power
-------------------------------------------------------------
GeForce GTX 760 - 4782
GeForce GTX 1650 (Mobile) - 6969
GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER - 12686, PCI 3.0, 125W
GeForce RTX 2060 - 13868, PCI 3.0, 160W
GeForce RTX 3060 - 16739, PCI 4.0, 170W
GeForce RTX 3080 - 24365, PCI 4.0, 320W
GeForce RTX 3090 - 25771, PCI 4.0, 350W

so, it is 21% faster not 10%

The prices bite, but scalper's would be looking for $800+ on these so it's a positive direction to be going in. It's also notable that these are available for online order as opposed to the "order online PU in store" that we've seen for the last 6 months, and they're not forcing us to buy a bundle to get the card.
Koodo 33GB UL T&T @ $48 (waiting on my tab to switch to a better/cheaper plan)

Thanks for this, was wondering if 1660 super was a better buy for $360

Thanks for taking the time to post, OP.

Seems that until the GPUs go back to normal pricing we all better be ready to be downvoted for posting any CURRENT good deals.

1660 is better if you get for lower price...
2060 is 10% faster than 1660 Super...
both uses PCI 3.0 where as 3060 uses PCI 4.0

also 1660 uses 125W where as 2060 uses 160W, 3060 uses 170W...
may be important if you have < 500W PSU...
simple is the best...
