Has anyone here ever successfully done a warranty claim?
I think they are both 2nd tier supplier.

I did a warranty claim last year for a 8GB microSD from Kingston (SDC4/8GB with lifetime warranty) that I bought @ Newegg back in 2008. Process was simple. I sent in the original invoice that I had kept in my email and they just sent me a new 8gb card in the mail after a week.

Good for you. They were probably hoping that you had lost your receipt! LOL

No. This is NOT Kingston's top of the line. The real top of the line is Canvas React Plus. UHS-II V90 speed.

If they make you pay for the one-way or roundtrip postage, you probably will find yourself throw away the old one and buy a new one anyway. Well, that was my experience with Sandisk lifetime warranty anyway
