It's a bit controversial though since ADATA was caught putting inferior components in their SSDs. But for the purpose of putting it in a PS5, I think it's well worth the 25% less than the SN850. IMHO.
Did you install a better heat sink or use the original thin aluminum sheet it came with? I have two of these, one in my main desktop PC and one in my PS5. The PS5 has an aftermarket heat sink installed and the drive in my PC is underneath the OEM heat sink in my X570S Tomahawk. Both have been serving me well for almost 4 months.
