Which drive it's better? Both drivers are 5400rpm and about the same price.

Thanks OP didn't pull the trigger last time it was on sale for 95 because of the 9 bucks shipping charge. Now I ordered for in store pickup

Is this a good choice for a NAS/home cloud server?

Great find! Ordered two. Have been waiting for a deal on this for quite a while! Can someone confirm that those are the “good NAS drives” ?

I've been waiting for these to go on sale for my home server and PLEX setup. Bought 6; might pick up a spare or two when I'm there.

Thanks OP!

Probably still waiting a while. 4TB is probably only cheap because of the costs to operate it vs a larger disk.
Larger disks while getting cheaper since Chia isn't worth as much any more still aren't that cheap yet.
Might take a good bit longer to return to normal.

Do you not have anything else to do rather than argue with strangers on the internet
Nope. That's why I'm on the internet arguing with strangers. If I had anything better to do I'd probably be doing it.

Yes these are the "good" NAS drive, by that I mean I mean CMR. Actually the older version of this that I have are also CMR but 64mb cache vs these have 128mb cache. Not sure if the higher cache has any benefit on my NAS

Good price, so tempting but I think I wait for bigger one , want at least 6tb.
But still up voted as it is a good deal.

Bright side of RFD: Often find good deal
Dark side of RFD: Tons of stuff that I don't need but still got them because of RFD
