You should take a walk in an industrial area and count the "For Lease" signs... Maybe some "spot" areas have a crunch for the moment, but saying the statement in subject, that is a very high extrapolation...

Yeah, only there's a slight difference between "Canada" and "Downtown Toronto" ;)
Because the title is "Canada’s industrial real estate sector is as hot as it’s ever been", not "Downtown Toronto's commercial real estate sector is as hot as it’s ever been"
