You should take a walk in an industrial area and count the "For Lease" signs... Maybe some "spot" areas have a crunch for the moment, but saying the statement in subject, that is a very high extrapolation...

You think that's bad? Toronto has literally had the worst office vacancy rate in all of North America for the last 18 months in a row. Lots of sectors fighting for an increasingly limited resource; space in the core.

Yeah, only there's a slight difference between "Canada" and "Downtown Toronto"
Because the title is "Canada’s industrial real estate sector is as hot as it’s ever been", not "Downtown Toronto's commercial real estate sector is as hot as it’s ever been"
