I don't know of any.
What I do is put 3 domestic P stamps on the envelope.
currently domestic costs $0.85, international is $2.50
Even though overpaid them 0.05 (0.85*3=$2.55).. but you only paid $0.63 for each $0.85 stamp you used. So it doesn't bother me.

Can you use P stamps for international?

Edit: Xom answered - thanks!

Nope, they are not.
Must have a P to be permanent.
You would need a 22cent stamp to make up the difference.

Yes the link I posted are permanent stamps. You can zoom in to see the p or if you search each individual set on the site if will show up as permanent for all.
The horse stamps that the OP posted are indeed only 63 cents.
They are "P" stamps...but did you notice that "P" part is crossed on all stamps? I think those stamps can't be used for postage, only for a collection...my 2 cents. :(

Thanks OP!

As mentioned in a past Canada Post thread, get these:
https://www.canadapost.ca/shop/stocking ... ution=e1s1
It's a pack of 36 permanent stamps still valued at the old 63cent rate.
Add 4 packs to an order to meet your $88 minimum ($90.72) plus get 3.3 cash rebate on top.

Just placed 7 orders of 4 packs each :)
Good find. I ordered 4 packs. I've done this when they raised stamps to .80. I used ebates 2.5% as I prefer cash back opposed to gift card.

THANKS!

They always do this on the site to discourage copying the image.

That's not true. Please check any other stamps that were manufactured in 2015. There's no cross line over "P".
