They are "P" stamps...but did you notice that "P" part is crossed on all stamps? I think those stamps can't be used for postage, only for a collection...my 2 cents. :(

That's not true. Please check any other stamps that were manufactured in 2015. There's no cross line over "P".
While true not all stamps seem to be crossed out online, that is the case with this pack to avoid reproduction.
Note that these stamps are not manufactured in 2015 which could be one reason.
Another reason could be that all these stamps are listed on a cover, so it's much more easier for someone to take a photo at a store, than those that are in a roll or under a glazed plastic.

There was a Canada Post deal last year and the same thing happened except the stamps were 59 cents and not 63. canada-post-spend-88-get-10-esso-card-4 ... k-1652977/
I got about 10 rolls of the Art Déco stamps which when listed on their site did have the P crossed out but that wasn't the case once I received them.
As well there was another Canada Post deal thread this past December which is were I learn't this postage stamp deal. User @gasking confirmed when he received the pack they were all permanent: canadapost-ca-spend-30-get-free-10-tim- ... st24619763

Lastly, a surviner sheet is a sheet of uncut stamps (not what the other stamps are attached to).
See: https://www.canadapost.ca/shop/stamps/c ... ution=e1s1 for example.

Thanks OP!

As mentioned in a past Canada Post thread, get these:
https://www.canadapost.ca/shop/stocking ... ution=e1s1
It's a pack of 36 permanent stamps still valued at the old 63cent rate.
Add 4 packs to an order to meet your $88 minimum ($90.72) plus get 3.3 cash rebate on top.

Just placed 7 orders of 4 packs each :)
This is the best deal correct? So all stamps are Permanent ones? A couple of years back I bought some souvenir ones but some were not P stamps but I haven't had the chance to use them as I'm still using the roll I got from Costco before the 63 cent price hike.

This seems to be the best deal to my knowledge at the moment.
Unless someone is able to find stamps at the even older rate of 59 cents, but i'm pretty sure all of those got sold out with last years promo.
And yes all the stamps are Permanent in this pack, as confirmed here: canadapost-ca-spend-30-get-free-10-tim- ... st24619763

My parents own a small business in which they do a mass mailing of catalogs in the Spring each year, so I'm always looking for good stamp deals for them.
As a side, they can claim the HST back on them which is a benefit.

Exactly my ORIGINAL point. The collection are made to be displayed so this deters reproduction.

The regular stamp use a different process as of later printing according to someone I know at Canada post.

Still, the poibt is they come to you with a regular P.

Received all stamps today.
Didn't realize that the single stamps (not souvenir sheets) were actually stick-ons as opposed to the lick-n-stick.
Nice bonus!

Received one of my orders on Friday.

There's was a pack with 59 cent rate p stamps, however there were also face value stamps (Vancouver Olympic ones) which makes it less of a deal
