I want to ship something to Eastern Europe. Let's say I put 100$ of value in the parcel. Will someone, me or the recipient, have to pay duties?

Can you or anyone confirm that domestic shipping will be included? or is this ONLY for international and USA destinations?

Alas, Tracked Packet excludes many countries, so not a world-wide free shipping!

www.canadapost.ca/tools/pg/prices/RCRZ-e-ISC.pdf
Tracked Packet looks more like an exception rather than a rule. Many countries have blank fields for Tracked Packet.

Does anyone know from previous years if there will be ANY discount for countries with blank fields in that chart?

See above. Tracked Packet fields are blank for China. I wonder if anyone has more info on how it works.

What is a packet?

Can it be any box? Or there a special meaning associated to that word?

From Canada post free shipping tuesdays page:
Tracked Packet USA and Tracked Packet International have a limit of an actual weight of 2 kilograms and greatest dimension must not exceed 60cm and Length + Width + Height does not exceed 90cm.

So yes, it can be a box.

The link to print the label does through the email they send but if you save the shipping label as a pdf you can print them anytime you want.
Might get rejected by the CP system since every label has a unique tracking number. Can't send two packages with the same tracking no.

If you are just shipping one, you are fine.

I'm shipping Costco items direct to China using CP. The only issue if you ship a lot. They will hold it at custom and return it back to you.

If you ship anything more than $500 value, they will need to pay around $100 duty fee. It's random though. Only if they check your parcel.
