What if you create a label for 2kg, but the actual weight turns out to be 2.5? Will they charge you on the difference or the full amount?

Non of the Royal Purple is BMW qualified which voids your drivetrain warranty.. especially for those who owns the 3.0L N54 engine

you have no ideas how a report of stolen credit card (...) affect your credit. Happened twice in your history, that bank won't issue a credit card for you

Does anyone know if the Promo code is just the date, like for the Domestic shipments? NOV 5?

Can you or anyone confirm that domestic shipping will be included? or is this ONLY for international and USA destinations?
Domestic shipping is not included. US and international only.

So:
- Didn't work for: xpress post, small packet air, international parcel surface.
- I made sure to put weight as less than 2kg, put length+width+height less than 90cm and still couldn't get "Tracked packet" to show up.

The list that vkrasov posted is probably right. Which is disappointing, you say "most countries" when in reality its like 10% of countries you can send to. You could take a huge risk and choose another country and hope it gets re-directed (did this unintentionally once), but.. I don't think its worth it.

edit: this is crazy because tracked packet is very expensive ($70+), compared to say surface or other cheap ones..

WARNING: DO NOT EXCEED THE SPEC. This isn't the same as the domestic label. It's governed by hard limits.

This is crazy hot lol
So apparently you can ship over the 5kg limit for the domestic ones, think that's possible with this?

Difference.
No, there is no "difference." If you exceed 2kg, your package will most likely be rejected by CP and returned to you (for sure if you submit it at the post office; very likely if you post it in a mailbox). But of course, if you try to submit it at the post office, you won't waste your label because they'll stop you before it goes into the postal system and then explain the same as below.
The 2kg is a hard limit set by an international spec.
To be specific, CP's Tracked Packet is just Canada's implementation of Registered "Small Packet". Small Packet is a specific kind of international standard that designates a parcel that strictly follows this criteria:
  1. L+W+H ≤ 90cm
  2. max(L,W,H) ≤ 60cm
  3. weight ≤ 2.0kg

What is a packet?
Can it be any box? Or there a special meaning associated to that word?

Google tracked packet, it's not a box. It's similar to the packaging that comes from China sellers.
It can be any package: box, bubble mailer, heavy-duty envelope, etc.
It's just called a Packet because it is small (max. 2kg). You can go ahead and use a box, but a box takes up to 500g, which is already ¼ of the max weight. If you're shipping clothes, for example, you can fit more by using a heavy-duty envelope and taping it up. I've done this myself to send 2 pairs of shoes. But if you're shipping something delicate, use a box by all means.

Source: I've both sent and received many of these [Small] Packets to and from Canada and Asia. If in doubt, submit your package at the post office and they'll confirm the above info.

So basically the promo doesn't apply to most countries in the world? What a bummer.

Thanks OP!

Gonna create a 2kg label first as I prepare my box of shipment since you have 5 days to ship. What's the best way to ship chips without it deflating? (box + bubble wrap?)

Where do you enter the promo code? I am on the custom section, but don't see anywhere to apply the NOV5 code.

It is inspiring to see Canada Post treats Sicily as a sovereign country!
