Tommy Douglas: The Birth of Medicare - 1 stamp (2012/06/29) = 1 stamp
CFL Teams - 8 stamps & 1 souvenir sheet (2012/06/29) = 16 stamps
Signs of the Zodiac: Leo, Virgo, Libra and Scorpio - 4 stamps & 1 souvenir sheet (2012/07/23) = 8 stamps
100th Grey Cup® Game -9 stamps & 1 souvenir sheet (2012/08/16) = 18 stamps

Total = 1 + 16 + 8 + 18 = 43
I wonder why they call it a "souvenir sheet" then?

Are you supposed to use the stamps but keep it - as a souvenir?

You are supposed to put the whole thing in your stamp collecting album, having paid for the service you never use

Thanks OP!

I bought a few packs for the office. I was just complaining this increase to 85 cents really kick it to small business. Certain things we have to mail no matter what so we have no choice but accept Canada post increasing our mailing cost by like 25%!

A souvenir sheet may contain international stamps for $1.00 or more each, so you are wasting the postage if you are only sending within Canada.

What? You never used a stamp with no sticky? For more than one hundred years stamps were always stuck on envelopes with moisture (water or licking them). They were gummed on the back.
Have a nice day!
