I tried 2 different SMB accounts to get to Electronic shipping Tool. Both complained:
(6030) The Mailed By Customer Number is invalid. Please contact the Credit Management Group at 1-800-267-7651.
Super long wait time at Canadapost telephone number. Anybody got those errors?

anyone know how to reprint a shipping label? so frustrated. sigh.

nm. figured it out. Took awhile of random clicking, but got there through EST, shipping-Canada, current orders, shipping label. Saved $11

Thanks OP.

Maybe I just got lucky, but I was able to ship a 6.8 kg package Xpresspost... I definitely put it as 6.8 kg, and it still charged me 0.00... Try higher weights first RFD'ers :D

And they can make adjustments once they get the package if you read the terms on the page. That's why you entered a credit card number so they can adjust it.

"Avoid any extra charges by ensuring that your parcel (especially if it’s larger or oddly shaped) meets our "volumetric" equivalent of 5 kg or less. How to calculate volumetric weight."

"volumetric" is the keyword.

In my experience they rarely actually weigh the packages unless it's a significant difference.

Last week I bought a bunch of pairs of jeans in that Abercrombie sale (various sizes because I didn't know how true they fit, and a couple styles because I didn't know which would look/fit best), and today I returned all the ones I didn't keep for free thanks to this promo. Perfect. :)
