Having trouble using the promo code "NOV6". I used the previous week's successfully but today I am getting a "(7272) The Promotional Code is not recognized ..." when I try to apply it.

I know someone said 2 weeks after creating the label should not be an issue but is there a cut off after which 1 would no longer be able to use the shipping label created today (ie package needs to be shipped within 30 days or 60 days of creating the label etc)?

A reminder to everyone...
VOLUMETRIC WEIGHT MUST BE BELOW "5KG" (as per their official terms and conditions).
40cm x 25cm x 25cm is exactly 5KG (volumetric weight)
If it needs to be below, reduce one of those by 1cm.
OCT8 for today
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(I messed up by generating a label with higher dimensions. In little tiny letters, it said something like volumetric weight) 20.0 KG. They could charge me much more, when the shipment is in the system, given those dimensions I put -- even though it still printed with "$0.00" in fees. It's bad that they still initially say the cost is $0 even though it breaks their terms & conditions for that FREE shipment. It's not a great feeling knowing a big surcharge "could" arrive later.)
