Had an inactive Venture One account, which I called in the re-activate. Can't place an order:
(2552) The Paid by Customer Number is invalid. Please contact the Credit Management Group at 1-800-267-7651.
I am getting the runaround, Credit Management sent me to Tech Support sent me to Small Bus sending me back to Tech Support. Any ideas?

Yes I entered my and recipient info and then package type, shipping type. After this I was on Payment page but don’t see any way to enter promo here.

FWIW this may be YMMV but when I shipped my package today the postal clerk said that according to her computer CP was extending the promotion to include the 1st tuesday in November (5th).

Yes. The email subject for me was "Shipping label / Étiquette d'expédition." The QR code was right under the Shipment Details and beside the address where the shipment is going to. It should be above Order Details.
Thanks! I found what i was doing wrong.

When choosing the pickup option, the qr code doesn't show up. But when you're dropping it off it shows.

I believe they extended the promo last year as well. I was counting on it :)

You are signed into a personal account.

You need to be signed into the small business account.

Thats what I thought too but struggling to find out option to change it. If I signout now and sign back in, it simply redirect me to personal account.

Sign out.

Click to register.... Use the same email as your personal account but change the .com to .ca or the other way around (you change it after the account creation).

Then you should be good to go.

Indeed it has been - next week you can send a US or International item (up to 2kg). Updated on the website this morning.
