Nope I just printed a label for expedited parcel and it wouldn't take the code. Might be account specific?

Trying right now. It won't work. Says:

"The Promotional Code is not recognized because it either does not exist, is not applicable for the selected service or category, has expired, or has already been used (One-Time Use offers only)."
