Can't checkout. And when I call the customer service #, the CSR says their IT dept didn't tell them of any issues. No wonder they're a burden to taxpayers. Even when you want to give them $, you can't do it.

I never bought stamps, what is the different between Permanent and the regular? Thanks.

I missed this deal. :( Just 30 mins past the expiry date. I should check RDF every day. Why didn't I see it on Dec. 11?

Permanent means that even Canada Post increases the rate in the future you can still use the permanent stamp and you don't need to pay the difference.
