Which Canadian Carrier has the best Samsung Galaxy SIII | S3 Plan and why?

Lots of choices to consider now that Canadianre getting the GB variant of the S3 with the snapdragon processor.
Most carriers seem to be offering S3 for new customers at $159.99 - 16GB | $209 - 32GB, Rogers is offers it for $99, they all require you to be on a plan of $45-50 or More. Telus, Bell, Rogers, Virgin Mobile seem to be offering plans around the $55-65 range.
