Canadian Corp to US Corp

Hi

Can you please explain how this works or better way to do the business with Canadian Corp to US corp. Its a remote job in US and the agency is ok to have corp to corp.

Sure.

-- Step 1. Incorporate.
-- Step 2. Register for GST.
-- Step 3. Fill out W8-BEN-E form.
-- Step 4. Bill client for services. (0% rate for GST.)
-- Step 5. Wait a year, and then pay your taxes and GST.

Many thanks crossborderguy.Is there any complication doing Canada Corp to US Corp or is it better to register the LLC in US and do the business.

Unless you want to pay mad accounting/legal fees every year, and get absolutely raped on taxes, then avoid using a US LLC for anything (unless you're an American citizen of course.)
