canadian credit recovery agency collection on private parking ticket

hi i park at private parking lot and they only can be paid by app, which i did not download, after 3 month i recieved a letter from canadian credit recovery agency said they got my parking and will start collection .
i dont really know what i need to do

So you have been avoiding paying for 3 months? Pay the bill.

You changed RFD, what happened to all the people who said the hell to private parking lots. If its not from Green P don't worry about it!?

Seems like OP wants to continue parking there, which is different since I assume he doesn't want to be towed.
