This museum is really cool. Pretty comparable to the ROM (though not quite as large). Highly recommend.

Great museum, totally worth a visit for kids and adults... For free, it is a no-brainer.

Great museum...used to love going here as a kid and my parents used to take us often to see the dinos. Then they started charging for admission and I don't know anyone who takes their kids there anymore, ourselves limited to once a year at best.

Considering our tax rates, museums should always be free, and it's a discriminatory tax against lower income families. They do it right in Washington DC...those museums belong to the people, not the rich.

You can borrow a pass for many museums in Ottawa from the local library... free of charge. There's a Nature Card that covers general admission for the Museum of Nature.
